Product orders are processed by a payment gateway called Stripe: this lets us take payments without having to process your payment card information. In our Stripe dashboard we have access to the type of payment you used and if a card was used we’ll know the last 4 digits of that card.

Stripe also stores your IP address when you make a purchase which we can see the approximate location of. This is a feature of the Stripe fraud protection systems.

Section B, Subsection 2: Direct contact

When contacting us you provide us with an email address and possibly other contact information. We may also take addresses and names especially when processing a booking.

When paying for a booking the account holders may also have information about that transaction. We do not, and are incapable of gathering any information bar the bare minimum provided by your bank when you make a payment.

Section C, Subsection 1: Purchasing a product

When purchasing a product Stripe automatically processes information you have given them to assess the likelihood of a transaction being fraudulent. Stripe also processes the information for the purposes of processing the transaction.

Please see Stripe’s privacy policy for more details.

We will use your data strictly for the purposes of order fulfilment.

Section C, Subsection 2: Direct contact
